Cardiff Marine Services was commissioned to replace a teak deck on a 36’ yacht with Dek-King 2G. To keep the price of the job within his budget, the customer removed the old teak. We then faired the deck with epoxy filler to stop water pooling in the middle. The decks were patterned and the new 2G Dek-King panels fabricated in the workshop with fully welded seams and margin detail throughout. The boat has been stored undercover in our workshop to ensure optimum conditions for this process.
