The Bayscape development at Cardiff Marina has been shortlisted in the Insider’s Wales Property Awards. Bayscape, has been named as a finalist in the Residential Development of the Year category. Winners of the 12 categories – including architectural firm of the year and workplace design of the year – will be announced at the prestigious ceremony at City Hall on Thursday 28 June.
