On Sunday 25th June, the Cardiff Triathlon will be taking place in Cardiff Bay with the first swim wave starting at 7.00am. Participants will swim in the Bay, cycle on flat scenic roads around Cardiff and finish with a run out to the Barrage. The Event Village and transition zone will be held on Roald Dahl Plass in front of the Wales Millennium Centre.
Road closures
In order to give the competitors and spectators the best and safest experience, permission has been given to close several roads around Cardiff Bay between 06:30 and 11:00 on Sunday 25th June. Please note that these road closure will affect the access to Cardiff Marina during this time. In particular please note the following road closures:
• International Drive to its junction with Olympian Way
• Olympian Way, Watkiss Way and left onto Dunleavy Drive from its junction with Watkiss Way to its junction with Dunleavy Drive Retail Park

Notice to Mariners issued by Cardiff Harbour Authority
Vessels are requested to keep clear of the race area between the following times:
Sunday 25th June    0700 hrs – 1230 hrs

The race area will be marshalled by Harbour Authority and Race Control vessels.
The Harbour Authority Pay and Display pontoons at Roald Dahl Plass will be closed to all vessels during this time.

Alternative mooring is available in Graving Dock No.3 during this time.

Mariners are requested to keep clear of the exclusion zone and to navigate at dead slow speed in its vicinity to keep wash to a minimum.
