The Marine & Property Group Ltd are recruiting for a part time administrator based at Aberystwyth Marina.
The position covers the manning of Reception part time at Aberystwyth Marina whilst performing various accounting duties and berthing contracts.
Duties involve –
- Reception telephone calls & greeting customers
- Monitoring enquiry emails & responding
- Petty Cash processing
- Take berthing enquiries
- Processing new berth holders on Sage & spreadsheets
- Invoice customers for mooring fees and any work on their boat
- Take payments from customers for electric, fuel and fees
- Process supplier invoices on Sage and check statements
- Control of weekly pontoons spread sheet
- Update boat files, marina t-cards and displays
- Assist with chasing outstanding debtors
- Other office duties as required
The hours will be approximately 12hrs over 3 week days, with potential for additional hours as the business expands.
The candidate needs to be welcoming, numerate, punctual, have a good telephone manner, have excellent communication skills. A knowledge of Sage and a knowledge of boating would be useful.
Wages £9.08 per hour
