HIGHLY REGARDED LOCAL OPERATOR TO CREATE A ‘BISTRO & BAR’ AT HARBOUR HOUSE
We are extremely excited to announce that we are very close to confirming the operator for a ground floor bar and restaurant at Harbour House. We are well advanced in our discussions with a highly regarded local business and are already planning a late 2021 opening party. The business will bring a passionate, accessible and fun ‘bistro and bar’ concept to this fabulous location. This destination restaurant will no doubt be a welcome addition to berth holders and the local community.
As in our other marinas, we will be working closely with the operator to develop a loyalty programme for our berth holders.
A WARM WELCOME TO ALL OF OUR NEW TENANTS
We are delighted to welcome the new businesses that have joined us at Harbour House in 2020. A warm welcome to the Samaritans team, Sian Rees accountants, Hughes Architects and Cambrian Printers.
The building is now nearing full occupancy and it is great to have them on board. We would like to thank all businesses for their help and support during 2020 and for working with us through these difficult Covid restrictions. We hope that nevertheless everyone has enjoyed their time at Harbour House and have stayed healthy.
A REDECORATION PLANNED FOR THE SPRING
In early 2021 we are planning to commence a redecoration of the exterior façade of Harbour House and a revamp of the main entrance lobby with a new business directory and a display screen to help promote the businesses on site.
