With the restrictions on overnight stays lifted from 11th July, we are excited to welcome all berth-holders back to enjoy summer on the water!

Share your love for the water far and wide this summer. Whether enjoying a relaxing getaway, exploring secluded beaches or heading out for a bit of fun, help inspire others by using #SummerOnTheWater and keep #waterlust alive!

After long periods of isolation and the pressures of lockdown, water sports can be fantastic for your physical and mental wellbeing, offering a real sense of freedom and exploration. The Great British staycation offers a prime opportunity for people to get kitted out and take to our waters. We are delighted to  have our marinas open to all berth holders from 11th July and look forward to a great summer ahead.

Latest guidance from the Welsh Government can be found HERE and states the following:

“What are the rules about going out on my boat?

You are now able to travel outside your local area on your boat, and there are no longer limits on where you can dock. It is also permitted for you and members of your household or extended household to stay overnight on your boat. Activities should only be undertaken with crews of people from the same household or extended household.

We advise boaters to be mindful of the potential impact that you could have on other water users and to not place unnecessary pressure on the RNLI, coastguard and emergency services.  “

We can help you get afloat this summer. If you need any advice, repairs, engine servicing, rigging or valeting work done on your boat or if you are looking to buy a new boat or sell your current boat please contact your marina office and we are ready to help you make the most of the summer!
